If it is necessary to increase the size and change the shape of the chin, a silicone implant is placed.
In some cases, we suggest the patient undergo neck liposuction to achieve better facial angulation.
It is typically performed under local anesthesia with sedation to ensure greater patient comfort and tranquility.
It is recommended to avoid strenuous activities for at least 15 days after surgery, and suture removal is typically done around 5 days postoperatively.
